Ok, so I’m trying something new over here. I was originally going to share a November workout plan via the CNC newsletter (btw, THANK YOU to those of you who signed up!), but then I thought publishing them on the blog was a much better idea since this month can be an especially tough time to stay motivated. All of these workouts can be done in the comfort of your own home (or gym) with minimal equipment, which means you can do them just about anywhere when it’s most convenient for you (i.e. during nap time, business travel, lunch break, etc.). Each one is 30 minutes or less, so they’re quick and efficient– giving you the most bang for your buck. That said, here are your November Workouts (and giveaway details) to keep you moving and grooving all month long!

  1. These workouts are PERFECT!!! Especially the at-home subs because my workouts are usually during naptime or after baby’s bedtime. 🙂
