Week 38 marked the end of my “regular” workouts. I stopped CrossFit and will likely just take long walks with Murphy and maybe do some easy basement workouts until Baby H. arrives. I’m large and in charge and my usual exercise routine is just too much, and I’m more than happy to give my body a break before labor. That said, here’s a recap of last week’s workouts!
Monday: 45-minute walk with Mal and Murphy
Tuesday: 60-minute pug+podcast walk + CrossFit
Tuesday’s workout was a fun 20-minute AMRAP called “Sahara.” I scaled the crap out of it, and it was still a killer workout! I finished 2 rounds + 50 single jumps + half of the 40 calorie row.

- 50 Singles
- 40 Calorie row
- 30 S2OH #55
- 20 Alternating Pistols to a box
- 10 Push-ups on the rings
Wednesday: My last CrossFit workout
Friday: 60-minute pug+podcast walk
