Made with just four ingredients, this is the only protein ball recipe you’ll ever need!
The only protein ball recipe
You know I am all about the protein balls, and we almost always have a batch in our fridge. They’re just the perfect protein-packed snack to keep the hangry away, if you know what I mean!
Whether you need a little pick-me-up in the afternoon, a little fuel before or after a workout, and want a healthy treat after a meal, protein balls are the ideal bite-sized healthy snack or treat.
This recipe calls for just four simple ingredients, which I bet you probably have in your pantry already. Switch up each recipe by mixing up the optional add-ins: mini chocolate chips, pumpkin spice, flaky sea salt – whatever you’re in the mood for!
These basic ingredients are almost always the foundation of my protein balls. I use this same ingredient combo and measurements again and again as the base, but I often switch up the variety of nut butter, flavor of protein powder, and other “optional” ingredients, so they’re rarely the same thing twice. Therefore, this also means that you can make these protein balls nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free! They’re so easy to make and always turn out well – it might just be the only protein ball recipe you ever need! I hope you enjoy it!
