Win a Bib to the Falmouth Road Race from Health Warrior

Mastermind Weekend 1/16

Hey there!

I'm Tina

I’m the owner of Carrots ‘N’ Cake as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). I use macros and functional nutrition to help women find balance within their diets while achieving their body composition goals.

An in-depth, 4-week reverse dieting course for women who feel like their metabolism has slowed down, think they might have hormonal imbalance and can’t lose weight no matter what they do.

If you’re a long-time reader of CNC, you probably remember my love for the Falmouth Road Race. Besides the Boston Marathon (obviously), it’s hands down my favorite road race, and I’ve run it four times now. The course is amazing, I love the distance (7.1 miles), and the enthusiastic runners and spectators make the race a PARTY. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun at a race before!

Long story short, I am so excited for the opportunity to run the Falmouth Road Race once again, thanks to my friends at Health Warrior, who provided me with a bib as well as one for a friend. I’m so pumped for race day!

Health Warrior also offered to give away a bib on CNC, so one lucky reader will have the chance to run the Falmouth Road Race, too! You’ll also win some fun Health Warrior goodies (pictured below).

  12. Thats so cool that you’re running it this year, I’ll have to keep an eye out for you! (I hope you don’t get creeped out if I introduce myself!) It is my first time running it and I’m hoping to run it as close to an hour as possible but I know you’ve mentioned in the past that the first mile or two is really crowded so not sure how close I’ll get to it!

  15. Hi Tina! I am running Falmouth for the first time this year and am excited (and a little nervous) as it will be the longest run I’ve ever done. However, reading back through your posts about the race hashelped me to feel even more excited and also confident. Thanks for the tips about tackling the hills during the first 3 miles and “making them my bitch”. 😉 Good luck to you and have fun–here’s to some nice sea breezes to keep us cool! Perhaps I’ll see you there!

  16. Dark chocolate coconut and sea salt! I just signed up for a fall half and this would definitely spark my motivation!

  17. The Health Warrior 100 calorie Chia Bars sound delicious, Dark Chocolate Cherry is calling my name!

I’m a five time Falmouth participant, I ran it last in 2011 for Make-A-Wish. I’m on Nantucket thru 8/24, but happy to scoot to the Cape for the day!!

  18. My family just moved to Cambridge and I’ve been on the hunt for a few races to participate in while we’re here on the east coast. Thanks for the recommendation! I’d love to try the coffee flavored chia bar. I love chia seeds almost as much as I love coffee.
