Why not, right? 😉
As you know, Jen came over to see the new place and hang out, but before I knew it, we were making Bloody Mary’s in the kitchen! I was not planning to drink this afternoon, but I had some RIPE Bloody Mary mix in the fridge that the company sent me last week, so I figured that I might as well give it a try!
The RIPE Bloody Mary mix was really good! Jen and I both approved! 😀 It had a bold, sort of zesty flavor, and it was a bit thicker than most Bloody Mary mixes. Even as the ice in my drink melted, the mix stayed nice and thick. A little Frank’s hot sauce added the spiciness that I enjoy so much.
Basically, Jen and I concocted the most perfect Bloody Marys ever!
Snack
After drinking my Bloody Mary, I broke out a bag of Uncle Jerry’s pretzels to snack on. I ate at least 4 or 5 of them.
Dinner
Mal and I are going to Body Pump in a little while, so we kept dinner on the light side tonight. Lifting weights with a full stomach is just not a good time!
For dinner, we had Dr. Praegger’s veggie burgers + salsa.
And, on the side, the most delicious roasted broccoli EVER.
Off to find something sweet before Body Pump!
Enjoy the night, bloggies!
