Good afternoon! It’s time for a fabulous recipe and giveaway!
Just about everyone has a favorite peanut butter and banana smoothie, but this one is truly the best. It’s loaded with two heaping tablespoons of peanut butter to help you recover and keep you satisfied after your workout.
The Best Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 heaping tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop (20g) your choice of vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions: Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Try this: Replace vanilla almond milk with chocolate almond milk.
