The earlier-risers started the morning with a leisurely walk on the beach.
With coffee!

When we returned from our walk, I ate breakfast. I enjoyed a cupcake with a second cup of coffee! Breakfast of champions! 
I’m off to run by the beach (only 3 miles). Be back later!
