Goooooood morning!
Man, I am tired from last night’s VinoVoyage! Let’s just say that I enjoyed myself immensely! And sampled a zillion different wines!! š

Breakfast
Mal stayed up late and attended the VinoVoyage with me last night, so I offered to make him whipped banana oats for breakfast. They’re his favorite! š
I don’t know what I was thinking this morning, but I ended up messing up our oats! I added way too much soy milk, which meant I needed to add more oats to “dry-out” the batch. Oops! š³ I’ve made stovetop oats thousands of time now– I still have no clue what I was thinking! Oh well. I’ll probably eat oats for lunch too!
