That face! Haha!
Our Thanksgiving was really great this year. We spent it with my family at my Grammie’s house. She had 20 of us for dinner!
Grammie spent some quality time with her great-grandson, which was so nice to see.
The food… I was pumped to see so many appetizers wrapped in bacon!
We had fruit + sorbet to start.
A turkey made out of butter! <– My mom thought this was so cool and made me take a picture. Haha!
Dinner was served buffet-style with all of the traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
I love Thanksgiving!
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
How was your Thanksgiving?
I saw the asparagus wrapped in bacon somewhere recently! I think it sounds delicious. What a fun Thanksgiving! You had such a nice group. Love the pic of Quinn on his grandma’s knee. Enjoy your Sunday!
Amazing spread and cool the way you had the tables set up!!! Looks like a great family get together!
Love the buffet style spread for a big group! The food looks delicious, especially all the bacon wrapped goodness!
Looks like a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours was awesome too! We had 15 people at my dad’s and not only was the food delicious, the company and conversation were just as great! I love family time around the holidays!
enjoy reading your posts from northern Cali! Four children…youngest now 14…all raised with me working out 7 days per week, eating vegan and clean. It’s paid off big time as I am now 60+ and continue to lift and run everyday…BTW, your son looks EXACTLY like hubby! Do you get this a lot, especially from those who only know you via the blog? Keep it up
THAT FACE. It looks like he had a wonderful first Thanksgiving.
How does one carve a butter into Turkey form?!
Wowee! The food! That’s awesome that yall do appetizers and stuff.
Quinn looks like his first Thanksgiving was great.
I just can’t get over all of Quinn’s expressions! Adorable x1000000
I can’t get over that face! So cute!
There was a butter turkey on my family’s Thanksgiving table, too! My aunt took a special trip to Wegman’s, just for the butter. This was my first vegan Thanksgiving, so I brought an awesome dish to eat and share with the fam- roasted butternut squash with kale and a pecan/almond crumble. I topped it with some Field Toast vegan apple sage sausage. YUM.
I love his faces — what a cutie! The food looks awesome, too!
We went to a friend’s house and had a relatively quiet night. I miss big gatherings, but all of my family is further north. I’ll get there next year. 🙂
Your Grammie is amazing! Quinn’s expression looks like, “why the hell did they put me in this gobble bib?”
Wow! That’s quite the spread you had! And a huge table! We only had 9 people at ours and three of them were under 10. Any food that involves bacon has to be good!
That butter turkey IS cool! I’m with your mom on that one! Looks like you had a nice Thanksgiving! Quinn is getting so adorable!
Our thanksgiving was really nice! I had to work all the days surrounding it, so my family came to us and it was so nice to see them all. We had a blast!
Omggg, that face! He’s going to be a little heartbreaker when he grows up!
It must be great to have so much family to celebrate the holidays with. Sounds like it was blast!
Looks like a fun thanksgiving! So many generations together!
Looks like a great day…lots of food going on there 🙂 We were 13 here, sadly no bacon, but my husband makes a mean apple sausage stuffing!
Looks like you had a fantastic Thanksgiving too! I did as well, but there weren’t any butter turkeys 😉
Q is so small yet has the face of a very wise man. Too cute! My Thanksgiving was great. Turkey carving was scary. Otherwise everything I made was amazing: roasted garlic cauliflower mash, roasted root vegetables, green beans, garlic & herb almond flax biscuits, sweet potatoes and almond butter pumpkin bars.
I cooked our whole Thanksgiving meal for the very first time this year! It was only for a few of us, but it all turned out really well so I was proud of that 🙂
Looks wonderful and a lot of work. Thanks for taking time to share this with us. Butter turkey is cool!
That food looks SO good. I want to do a face plant in it!! 🙂 You’re little guy is getting cuter every day if that’s even possible. Looks like a fab day with family.
Quinn is SO cute, I love his little bow lips!
Thanksgiving was a lot of fun this year. My baby is almost 17 months and didn’t sleep through the whole thing this year 😛
I love all of Quinn’s expressions…he is so super cute!!
He is so cute & so expressive!
I love TDay too, because it’s so great to gather with family and express what we’re thankful for. We had a lovely time!
Quinn is the cutest!!! He’s so slick with that expression, haha!
