4-Ingredient Blondie for One

Mastermind Weekend 1/16

Hey there!

I'm Tina

An in-depth, 4-week reverse dieting course for women who feel like their metabolism has slowed down, think they might have hormonal imbalance and can’t lose weight no matter what they do.

Hey, hey!

We all love single-serving dessert recipes, am I right? I mean, a mini, portion-controlled goody that you can make in just minutes? Hello? Perfect. But, a lot of the “mug” recipes out there seem like they require a zillion ingredients””a pinch of this, a dash of that, 1/8 tsp of some random ingredient you don’t have on hand… you get what I’m saying. So, in theory, they’re a great dessert option, but they’re kind of a pain in the butt to make.

Well, this Blondie for One recipe calls for just four ingredients and you probably have them in your kitchen right now: almond butter, maple syrup, honey, and egg whites. And this tiny treat takes very little time and effort to make, so you’ll have a delectable dessert whenever the craving arises!

  • 1 heaping tbsp creamy almond butter
  • 1 tsp liquid egg whites
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions: Add ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl, such as a ramekin or mug, and mix ingredients well until a batter forms. Nuke it in the microwave for 45 seconds (less if you prefer a gooier blondie).

Grab a spoon and enjoy!

  1. Looks awesome! I just posted a 60 sec chocolate chip mug cookie last week and it has been a huge hit! On one hand I was glad that I didn’t have to make an entire recipe of cookies when I had a craving, but on the other the fact that it is so quick can be dangerous!

I definitely have all these ingredients so I will have to check this out! I have homemade pumpkin spice almond butter too, so that may give it a little more flavor. Thanks for posting!

  2. Love how easy this is and few ingredients! I feel ya on the overwhelming ingred. list in those single-serve dishes – I will literally be making yours ALL the time 🙂

  3. Hi! In December, you said you loved RapidLash. I read that the formula was changed and it no longer has isopropyl cloprostenate in it. Have you bought a new tube lately? Just wondering if it has this ingredient, and if not, do you notice a difference? Thanks!

  4. I love that this has only a few ingredients! I hear ya on these “quick” mug desserts that require a laundry list of ingredients. I might as well bake for real at that point. Now if only my microwave had not broken a few weeks ago…..

  5. Hi Tina,
This looks great but is there any alternative to using a microwave? Have you. Tried this in the oven?
    Thanks for sharing your idea!

  6. Umm this is BRILLANT!! Thank you. thank you. thank you!!

I am running my first half this spring! Thank you so much for all your post about your marathon training!! Keeps me motivated and keeps me going!! It’s hard to train indoors with all the snow… 6-10miles on a treadmill is getting BORING!!
