In honor of Global Running Day today, I wanted to share some of my very favorite high-intensity running workouts to help you celebration this fun running holiday! If you don’t have plans yet to celebrate, the occasion is just days away. Be sure to schedule one of these workout into your day!
High-intensity running workouts are my go-to form of exercise when I’m craving a tough, heart-pumping sweat session. I love the constant variation and intensity of these workouts, which keeps both my mind and body challenged and engaged. This way of training torches some serious calories and the short, fast intervals can even help you become a better runner. As a result, you’re pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, so you build upon and improve speed, strength, and mindset. Awesome, right? If you’re planning to run on Global Running Day, I hope you consider one of the workouts below!
Are you looking for some additional running workouts to celebrate this year’s Global Running Day? I’ve got ya covered! 🙂
