Breakfast
This morning’s breakfast was a whole wheat wrap with almond butter, mashed sweet potato, raisins, and cinnamon inside.
I’ve been really loving wraps lately, huh? They’re such a quick and easy way to make a meal. The wrap pictured above is a brand called Wrap-Itz. I also like the Joseph’s brand, but I pretty much buy whatever is on sale and doesn’t have a million crazy ingredients.
Lunch
Today’s lunch ended up being a bunch of snacks. I started with a spinach salad topped with sliced turkey, black beans, crumbled blue cheese, and Annie’s balsamic dressing.
Then, I ate a couple of slices of watermelon.
An Adora disk with almond butter.
And a little while later, I whipped up a couple of smoothies for Mal and me. In the mix: frozen strawberries, frozen chopped kale, vanilla Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, ground flaxseed meal, and almond milk.

Question of the Day
Have you ever attended a major sporting event (i.e. Olympics, Super Bowl, Wimbledon)? If not, which event(s) would you most like to attend?
P.S. I saw this piece on the Fitness website today: 13 Female Olympians to Watch. I thought it was cool, so I decided to share!
