Mmmmm… strawberries!
I love that strawberries remind me of summertime!
In the mix:
- 1/2 cup dry oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla hemp milk
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp hemp protein
- Strawberries
- 1 spoonful of canned pumpkin (I’m trying to use it up!)
- 2 spoonfuls of Teddie PB
- 1 handful of PB Puffins that I threw on top after I snapped my breakfast photos
Fresh flowers are the best! They immediately brighten-up my day as soon as I see them. I should really start buying them more often.
Yoga Challenge: Day 18
For my yoga practice today, I did 20 minutes of Heart Opening Flow #1 by YogaDownload.com. It was great!! It had the perfect amount of challenge and flow, and a nice mix of easy, fun, and hard poses. It felt wonderful stretching my sore shoulders and chest, especially after Monday night’s 100 push-ups! My upper body feels so good now, I’m thinking about doing this session again tonight.

Snap Out of Unhealthy Eating Habits
I saw this little blurb in Self magazine this month:
Being a shutterbug could benefit your waistline. When people took pictures of everything they ate for five days, they reported consuming fewer snacks and being less likely to go back for seconds than during a week-long period in which they kept a written food diary, a study from the University of Wisconsin at Madison finds.
What do you guys think about this study? Is food blogging a healthy habit?
