I wasn’t in the mood for a “traditional” dinner tonight, but I had some strong food cravings– specifically for peanut butter and wine. (I know, I’m weird.)
When Mal and I hosted a wine tasting last month, we fell in love with a wonderful bottle of Torrontes. We purchased a couple of bottles, so tonight was the night to enjoy one!
I paired my white wine with a toasted Arnold Sandwich Thin with chunky peanut butter and raisins on top.
What can I say? I’m classy!
Even though dinner wasn’t the most nutritionally balanced meal I have ever eaten, I still covered the basics: fiberific carbs, healthy fats, protein, and a little something for my mental health. 😉 Sounds like a wholesome meal to me!
