If you keep letting life get in the way of your goals and you don’t do anything to change it, you won’t get the results you want. ⁠⁠

There’s really no getting around it.⁠⁠

You’ve got to make the activities and habits that move the needle forward on your goals a priority if achieving a specific result is what you really want.⁠⁠

Sure, we all have crazy weeks, I get it!⁠⁠

But if something is coming up each and every week to keep you from getting after your goals, something needs to change.⁠⁠

Set alarms.⁠⁠
Prep and pack your meals.⁠⁠
Get an accountability partner.⁠⁠
Set up a rewards system.⁠⁠
Create space in your schedule.⁠⁠
Ask for (or hire) help. ⁠⁠
⁠⁠
Prioritize honestly.⁠⁠
⁠⁠
There are tons of things you can do to make sure what you SAY is a priority actually IS a priority.⁠⁠
