Notice the fat loss phases (Jan/Feb) and (Sept/Oct) are relatively short. Two months each and only twice a year. The rest of the time, my client is working to build up their metabolism through reverse dieting and maintenance phases.⁠⁠

The goal is to work with your metabolism, not against it.⁠
