Summer is all about family, friends, and barbeques. Am I right? We all know these kinds of get-togethers are a lot of fun, especially when it comes to what is cooking on the grill. Of course, you’ll see the usual hamburgers, chicken breasts, and sausage, but what about trying something a little different at your next summer barbeque?

Introducing gluten-free grilled pizza!

Grilled pizza? You bet! You cook the dough right on the grill grates along side your burgers and hot dogs. The end result tastes incredible and the recipe is so easy to make.

  1. I never would have thought of using Chex in the dough! I’m always looking for new dough recipes because I love making homemade pizza so I’ll definitely be trying this.

  2. hmm, interesting. i’m gluten free (due to celiac) and am definitely curious about this… i do love me some chex.

which sauce did you use? i love Rao’s.

@Lauren — i wouldn’t necessarily say this is a “healthier” pizza alternative – it’s just gluten free, and gluten free doesn’t always equal healthy.
