Food Diary {Thursday}

Mastermind Weekend 1/16

Hey there!

I'm Tina

An in-depth, 4-week reverse dieting course for women who feel like their metabolism has slowed down, think they might have hormonal imbalance and can’t lose weight no matter what they do.

Here’s Thursday’s food diary! There were lots of delicious eats yesterday!

Stuffed pepper from Costco – inside was ground beef, rice, and cheese

Beet salad with crumbled feta and balsamic vinegar

Veggie and pita chip tasting plate with cheese from The Laughing Cow + a buttload more of pita chips straight from the bag (Stacy’s makes some bomb pita chips!)

SAM_0743 (800x584)

A few (hundred) handfuls of dark chocolate almonds

SAM_0707 (800x533)

A big salad with the insides of a stuffed pepper and mustard on top

A vanilla bean Yasso frozen Greek yogurt bar – I received a coupon for a free box

THESE THINGS ARE WICKED GOOD!!! I will definitely buy them again!

  1. I can’t wait to read your birth story! I’m stalking your posts even more than normal these days! So happy for your new little family! (p.s. I’m 8 months pregnant!)

  2. You are eating some fabulous meals while being a new momma! I remember the first (blurry) days with Squish were pretty much fried eggs and salad-out-of-the-bag. Yay for good friends!

  3. Great eats, and you look amazing!
I love the Yasso Coconut bars, I usually take them off the stick, mush up a little in a bowl and top w/dark chocolate chips, hee!

  4. Your placemats and all of your food “back drops” (don’t know what else to call it ha) are adorable!

  5. I’m going to Costco this weekend and I am putting those peppers on my list. Here is to hoping my local store has them!

You look like you are jumping right back into eating healthy so yea! Not that you really ate unhealthy while pregnant. Not everyone craves chips like I do, lol!

  6. Deliciousness! Those peppers look awesome! The greek yoghurt popsicles sound great (had to check out the site, pretty darn good ingredient list!), the coconut should be next on your list!

  7. you look great, I been wanting to try those bars but didn’t due to the carrageenan but I see they removed it can’t wait to grab a box next grocery trip!

  8. That beet salad looks delicious. Random question for you – do you typically roast your beets yourself or do you buy them prepared? I’ve done both but sometimes it can be time consuming and messy. Just curious what you normally do. I often just buy canned and find that those can be just as good in a pinch:)

  9. Are you wearing a Fitbit or is that your watch? I’ve been eyeing the Fitbit Flex and Garmin Vivofit. Would love to hear if you’ve tried these kinds of bands and if so, what you think! I always wear my heart rate monitor and am wondering if it’s worth the buy.

  10. Loving the food diary. It gives me meal ideas that sound delish and easy. I sometimes seem to get stuck in a rut with everything I have going on. Thanks!
