Mastermind Weekend 1/16

Hey there!

I'm Tina

I’m the owner of Carrots ‘N’ Cake as well as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P). I use macros and functional nutrition to help women find balance within their diets while achieving their body composition goals.

An in-depth, 4-week reverse dieting course for women who feel like their metabolism has slowed down, think they might have hormonal imbalance and can’t lose weight no matter what they do.

Good morning!

I have some exciting news for you guys: I am an official brand ambassador and Community Leader for The Laughing Cow along with 3 other amazing women, Roni, Sarah, and Katie.

I am really excited about this new role””obviously, because I love cheese, but also because I’ll be able to show you how I use products from The Laughing Cow in my daily life, recipes, snacks, and other pairings. Additionally, I’ll be contributing blog posts to thelaughingcow.com. Here are a couple of posts I’ve written so far:

  1. I like the original – I’m a purist! I smear it on a rice cake and top with scrambled eggs. Great breakfast sammie!

  2. I love the garlic & herb wedges for savory english muffin egg sandwiches. But I love the cinnamon cream cheese wedges, too!

  3. i love the French onion flavor and I like to pair it with cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread, sounds like an odd pairing but the sweet&savory combo really works

  4. I like the Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss wedges. I use it a variety of ways, but my favorite way is smearing it on a toasted bagel and then topping it with turkey and grape jelly.

  5. I love the baby Babels !They are good on there own so I don’t usually need to pair them with anything

  6. i love the swiss! and i actually really love pairing it with strawberries. ill spread some on a piece of bread and top it with the strawberries. simple but delicious!

i’ve been wanting to try their new cream cheese flavors they came out with too!

  7. I love the Garlic and Herb on wheat thins!!! I haven’t tried any other flavors though and definitely should with all the great recipes out there!

  8. I have to say, I’ve never tried. But, I love cheese and always think I should try!
So, this would be the perfect opportunity for me.

  9. I love the garlic & herb on toast. But I really love just the swiss in the brussels sprouts dinner you make!

  10. I just love the original flavor of Laughing Cow, probably because I’ve never tasted the others!! Would love to try that cinnamon flavor 🙂

  11. We just recently tired the Queso Fresco & Chipotle and I’m leaning toward that as my new favorite. So good!

  12. my favorite is the garlic & herb wedge! i schmear it on crackers/bread/pita/bagel, or mix into scrambled eggs. great with smoked salmon and capers too. so versatile and love it as a portion-and-calorie-controlled substitute for cream cheese!

  13. My favorite is the original light or the new Cinnamon flavored. Sooo good! I eat the cinnamon straight mostly!

  14. My favorite flavor is the garlic and herb cheese. I used it to make your garlic and cheesy herb brussels sprouts and chicken sausage recipe. Sooo good!

  15. My favorite flavor is the Garden and Herb wedge flavor. I love to pair it with a rice cracker and one drop of hot suace. It has everything I like – creamy, crunchy, and hot!

  16. I enjoy the swiss triangles spread on rice cakes and topped with eggs, salsa and avocado…. great way to start the day.
