  1. I love Sarah and her instagram content! I have dealt with digestive issues for over 10 years. I have been to five GI’s – none who have been able to figure out what’s going on with me. One said I was the worst case of IBS she’s ever seen and didn’t know what to do for me. It’s been a hard journey. The cookbook would be a huge help! After cutting out so many things and eating bland and boring food, this would be helpful to feel like I’m eating fun meals again!

  10. Recently I’ve had more and more stomach issues which is new since I have been a vegetarian and very health conscious eater so this has been concerning and alarming. At this point I’ll try anything to assist in relieving these issues quickly.
