Hi friends! I have a fun recipe and giveaway for you today! What’s on tap? A delicious Eggs & Greens Buddha Bowl and giveaway of The Leaky Gut Meal Plan – a brand new book by my friend Sarah Kay Hoffman of The Gutsy Girl.
If you’re not familiar with Sarah, her blog and Instagram account have been a favorite of mine for years. She has so many resources for gut healing, hormones, acne… all things I struggle with personally. Obviously, I am super excited about her brand new book, but first let’s talk about this recipe.
Protein, healthy fats, veggies… looks like the gang is all here! I love that this recipe is loaded with greens and topped with avocado, plus you get a double dose of protein from the sausage and eggs. This would be a perfect meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

I love Sarah and her instagram content! I have dealt with digestive issues for over 10 years. I have been to five GI’s – none who have been able to figure out what’s going on with me. One said I was the worst case of IBS she’s ever seen and didn’t know what to do for me. It’s been a hard journey. The cookbook would be a huge help! After cutting out so many things and eating bland and boring food, this would be helpful to feel like I’m eating fun meals again!
I’d love to share the recipes with my family members that have gut issues. I also just want to make some for myself because they look delicious!
I’ve been trying to read up on different diets that can improve my stomach and hormone issues since going off the pill and an IUD a year ago. This book sounds amazing- especially the meal plan and recipes!

I’ve been in a Crohn’s flare for about 16 months and haven’t been able to kick it. I’ve tried just about everything in terms of cutting gluten and dairy, CBD, trying various meds including steroids (which surprisingly didn’t work this), integrative medicine, etc. I would love to win a copy of this book as a tool to hopefully finally achieve remission or some symptom relief.
