Mmmmm… meatballs!
Marie made a big batch of her famous meatballs for our family dinner tonight.
Marie’s Meatballs
Makes 12-14 meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet of McCormick Meatloaf seasoning
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven 375*F
- Mash-up ingredients using your hands
- Roll meat into balls
- Place meatballs on baking sheet
- Cook for approximately 28-33 minutes
Marie cooked her meatballs in a “special” sauce, which was a blend of three semi-empty jars of marinara that were just chillin’ in the fridge. Her marinara blend turned out wonderful! Lots of yummy flavors! š
At dinner, I loaded-up my plate with spaghetti, meatballs, and garlic bread.
I absolutely love garlic bread! It’s sort of a weird obsession of mine. I can’t never eat just one piece. Anyone else have this problem?
I was in garlic bread heaven tonight!
Of course, I grabbed a second piece! š
I’m in such a carb coma now! Holy deliciousness! Now I’m really ready for bed!
