Designed to Fit and Nutrition House are consuming a lot of my time lately, but, OF COURSE, I want to continue to create content and share my life over here on CNC too.   1. I already filled this out but just remembered another thing I’m very interested in- your experience with eliminating eggs! I’m dying to know whether that had any positive effect on your skin, or anything else.

    1. It’s too soon to tell for sure, but I’ve been egg-free since our trip to SF, and my skin is a WHOLE LOT better. I need to get through another cycle before I know for sure – if it’s related to hormones or eggs. I’ll keep ya in the loop!
