Breakfast

I started my day with a two-ingredient pancake with blueberries and a couple of scoops of peanut butter spread on top. I almost whipped up a French Toast Breakfast Scramble, but then I decided I should probably switch it up a little. I’ve been eating the same breakfast over and over again, but now I really think it’s time to add some variety to my morning meal. I would love to hear what you guys typically eat for breakfast. I need to get out of my breakfast rut!

Workout

The fitmixer Bootcamp started today! Woohoo! Today is actually a rest day for me, so I’m going to do the fitmixer test tomorrow. I love doing “before” and “after” assessments to see how I’ve progressed, so I’m definitely not going to miss this workout. For those of you who are doing the bootcamp as well, what’d you think of the first workout?
