Caronae’s Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie

I just wanted to share a picture of my cookie because it was THE BEST cookie I’ve ever had. I am a regular participant in Cookie Friday and have always loved cookies. This is, quite simply, the best cookie I have ever consumed. It is from Levain Bakery which is supposed to be one of the best hidden gem bakeries in New York. You should go next time you’re in the city!

Evan’s Chocolate Chip “I-Really-Need-A” Cookies

I kept wanting to eat one of those GIANT cookies you always see at coffee shops, but really cutting back on the budget at the time. I thought “I have the ingredients and the know-how; why not just bake a large and indulgent cookie for myself like those ones?”

I love that the inside of the Chocolate Chip Walnut cookie looks underbaked and gooey. Has me craving my own cookie for Cookie Friday!

I might just have to hop on my bike and go down to Reading Terminal for a blueberry apple crumble bar from Flying Monkey. I am still waiting for my own cookie friday- it has been weeks now and the craving still stands!
