I could not fall asleep last night. 🙁 My mind kept wandering and worrying””mostly about the marathon and my foot, but other things too. I hate nights like that when you just can’t shut off your brain. Boo. Maybe I should just go back to bed and cuddle with the pug? I’m so jealous of his “tough” life.
Despite having a sleepless night, waking up at 6:00 with Mal wasn’t all that bad. I expected to feel much worse!
I made us banana oatmeal with ground flaxseed, raisins, walnuts, and a scoop of peanut butter. It was a massive bowl of oatmeal! I’m so full now!
I also drank half of a glass of iced coffee with soy milk. (We ran out of iced coffee this morning.)
