I had a nice little Sunday today.
I slept in.
I had a toasted bagel with cream cheese, fruit salad, and iced coffee with soy milk.
(Do you like my new placemat? My friends, Erin and Mike, gave it to me yesterday as a housewarming gift. I absolutely love them!)
I went to the gym with Mal.
Ran 5.5 miles in 49:59.
Went grocery shopping at Whole Foods.
Came home and made smoothies for lunch.
In the mix:
- Frozen banana
- Leftover fruit salad
- Almond Breeze
- Vanilla protein powder
- Ground flaxseed meal
Took Murphy for a long walk around the neighborhood with Mal.
Snacked on banana bread.
Cooked Asian Rice Noodle and Shrimp Soup for dinner.
Ate it while catching up with Friday’s episode of Ellen.
Satisfied my sweet tooth with a bunch of dark chocolate almonds.
Relaxed with M & m for the rest of the evening.
