Don’t you hate it when your stability ball rolls around and wanders away from you while you’re trying to workout? Well, the BOSU Ballast Ball PRO stays put! It’s a weighted stability ball, so it won’t roll away and it’s more versatile than a traditional stability ball because you can use it as a total-body training tool.

  2. What I Love about these balls is that you can get an all over body work out with it! I Love working my quads (lay on back, legs on ball, hips up and roll in/out w/legs.

  3. crunches. I have severe disc issues/rod in back so it’s the only comfy way for me to do abdominals that won’t hurt my back.

  7. Doing crunches on the stability ball is great. Much better the getting down on the floor. I’ve never tried the bosu but am always wanting to try new exersice equipment.

  8. I love doing push ups with my bosu! The extra stability needed to keep it straight makes them even harder… if that is possible!

  9. I love to use the stability ball for squats and ab exersices. I have not gotten the hang of push ups. I have just invested in the dvd – Bosu Total Body Blast with Mindy Mylrea.

  10. Bosu balls really help me work on my plank position which is important since I want to get stronger and improve my ability to do push ups!
