The final season of LOST starts tonight! I’m so, so, so excited!

I can’t believe that I have been watching this show for 6 years now. We’re finally going to figure out all of the mysteries! Ahhhhh!

Dinner

Tonight, Mal offered to cook dinner for us while I prepared my blog post for tomorrow. 😉

We had salads with lots of veggies and balsamic vinegar, and egg salad sandwiches on whole wheat Arnold Sandwich Thins. Great combo!

I really like egg salad sandwiches, but I always seem to forget about them. I’m glad that Mal suggested it tonight!

For dessert, I enjoy two servings of Ciao Bella Maple Ginger Snap gelato. Holy yum! I couldn’t stop at just one serving!

Tomorrow is a HUGE day for Carrots ‘N’ Cake!!!!! It’s not just National Carrot Cake Day! 😉
