I am so psyched that it’s FRIDAY! 
I have an awesome weekend planned that includes lots of R & R, spending time with friends, and absolutely zero book writing. You see, I made a wonderful discovery about the first draft of my book: I’m just 7,000 words away from my 50,000-word goal! All of those 4:29 mornings definitely paid off! 
So, now I am taking a little break from writing (at least until Monday) to de-stress, unwind, and come back fresh to bust out the last 7,000 words. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders!
Lunch
Today’s lunch started with a homemade salad of spring mix, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and sliced almonds.
And then some plain Chobani with Uncle Sam cereal.
And, finally, a JAZZ apple!
All together.
And, I didn’t forget about Cookie Friday. I’m thinking about enjoying some hot cocoa at work and then some Jer’s chocolates when I get home. I’m all about the chocolate today!

My plan for Friday night: Mal and I are showing our apartment to another couple, taking Murphy for a long walk, and meeting one of my favorite blog friends and her husband for drinks and appetizers.

I have the creme colored one, actually saw it in a boutique window while visiting in Chicago and made everyone stop what they are doing to run in so I could buy it. I also have dar brown hair and really like that color.

I like the light pink or baby blue. Either way, it’s such a cute shirt!
I like any of the grays. I think it makes your pug baby still look dogish but it’s not just a plain tee like the white.
