Happy Valentine’s Day, blog friends!!! I hope that your day is filled with lots of love, happiness, chocolate, and flowers! And, if you’re so lucky, I hope your day is also filled with pugs and kisses! 
Mr. Mal and I are off to the gym for a sweaty workout this morning, and then we are enjoying a Valentine’s Day breakfast at the Wheelhouse Diner.
As a pre-gym snack, I munched on half of an Honest Foods granola plank, a banana, and some iced coffee. It’s sort of a larger snack than I would normally eat before the gym, but I woke up starving this morning, and I really don’t like feeling hungry when I am exercising. It’s the worst– I feel weak!
Valentine’s Day Plans
Mal and I and our friends, Dave and Marie, are off to Mohegan Sun later today for a mini-vacation of sorts. Mohegan Sun is a destination casino with restaurants, entertainments, golf, a spa, and the whole shebang! While I love the sights and sounds of a big casino, I’m not much of a gambler. Marie and I have plans to get manicures at the spa while the guys gamble, and the four of us have dinner reservations at Todd English’s Tuscany restaurant, which I am very excited about! Mal and I ate there about 5 years ago, and the atmophere and food were VERY impressive.
I’ll be back sometime Sunday afternoon, so enjoy your Valentine’s Day, bloggies!!! Let me know what you end up doing for it!

I grew up near Mohegan Sun! Well, it was built when I was in high school, but I was only about 30 minutes from it. When I was home for Christmas my boyfriend wanted to go; he played poker and walked around and looked at the shops and drank tea! Good place for guys and gals, have a great time!

Your plans sound super fun! We get TV ads for that casino up here, but funny enough I was never sure where it was…the commercials don’t say! Oh, and Todd English…drool. I’ve tried twice to go to his place at the Bellagio and both times it didn’t work out! Happy Heart Day!
