Some of you may know this already, but Mal and I were “high school sweethearts.” We dated in high school, back in 1998. I was a senior and he was a freshman– it was actually quite scandalous, especially in our small school! We broke up when I went off to college that fall, but we kept in touch over the years.
In 2003, Mal contacted me to go out, and we’ve been together ever since. I guess it was just meant to be! 
I hope you enjoy these oldies, but goodies from our early years as a couple! (Yay, for scanners!!!)

So, where did you used to see Dave because I went to a concert the day after my senior prom at Great Woods (or whatever it’s called now) and I bet it was the same one! Funny. I went back again this summer!!!

I was a senior in high school when my boyfriend was a freshman!!! We have been together 2 years now and nobody thought it would last. Did you get alot of crap for dating someone younger than you? I did! but it was worth it since he is my best friend

I love this story! It sound so familiar… My hubby and I grew up in the same small town in Mass, we tried dating in high school and went to prom together, but I broke it off because he was younger and (as you know) that doesn’t fly in a small HS. We reconnected in college (’02) and we were married last year
