I didn’t get to practice yoga on vacation but I’m looking forward to starting again tomorrow. I can tell it’s made such a different though in my confidence and attitude and it feels like less of a chore and more of a fun habit.

**My yoga practice has become even MORE invigorating, revitalizing, and enjoyable than when I first begun!!

Since the first week I have become much more flexible and my bends have improved a great deal. One HUGE thing that I noticed is that I am happier! I am not sure if it is from the yoga but I have such a bounce to my step lately….

Today for yoga I did the 60 morning flow. My practice has become a little better. I’m able to flow through poses much easier. Today I really wanted to do yoga especially since I ran long yesterday. My body wasn’t in the mood for anything else.

Victoria

I think I’m relying more heavily on yoga for my daily exercise, rather just just a small addition to it.

I was too late to the game to be part of the 30 day yoga challenge, but I’d love to be part of another one if a new one is starting up. I am TRYING to do yoga everyday, even if for a little while. When I get into a practice like that, it feels soooo good. Kudos to everyone who has stuck with it.

My Yoga practice has been a lot different from the beginning because I can do almost all the downloads, that I downloaded now without skipping a beat! I need to step it up a notch! I am going to try something new and different this week:)

Since the yoga challenge started, my practice has changed by becoming increasingly challenging as well as more consistently performed. I love the strength benefits that I have gained, and now I am always looking for yoga DVDs or classes that will challenge me. Many of my instructors have talked about working on “the edge”, and that is something that I strive to do. Also, now I feel “off” when I miss a day of yoga. Even if it’s only 20 minutes, doing yoga everyday makes me so much happier. Saturday, I did Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga 1 DVD. It definitely warmed me up, and I think my arms a tad sore from all of the planks and chatarungas.

The twists definitely are helping, I can tell after snowboarding again this weekend! Plus, I am able ot hold the poses longer and deeper each time. I love the “stretched out” feeling!
