Yesterday was one of those days that started out with zero plans and then ended up being packed full of them. I actually sort of love days like that. They’re definitely never boring! Here’s a quick recap of yesterday’s adventures.
Lunch
At home: two piece of toast with sunflower butter + mango-peach smoothie with vanilla protein powder, soy milk, and flaxseeds in the mix.
At my in-law’s house: pool time with the pug.
Snack
Seltzer + orange juice.
Banana slices + a scoop of peanut butter in a mug.
(Murphy helped me lick it clean.)
Dinner al fresco.
Time to cool off in the pool.
He likes it!
Derp.
Dinner
Dinner with Mom.
Spicy chips.
Veggie burger.
(It was just okay.)
Harry Potter.
(I fell asleep during it.)
Faceplant in bed.

Our pug, Nala, loves to sit in her huge water bowl outside. When she gets a drink, she doesn’t stand outside of it, she gets all the way in and drinks. Our other two dogs (chihuahua’s) just look at her and I imagine them saying “what are you doing, we have to drink out of that too”.
That is so funny! I can just picture their looks of disdain!
I never tire of seeing Murphy’s cute face! He looks so hilarious in the pool. Silly pup!

I just went to British Beer Company Yesterday! I had the cilantro shrimp salad- it was really good! I have yet to find a great veggie burger at regular pub ish restaurants…
