One-Pan Chicken Taco Skillet

Servings 4


  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1.5 cups frozen sliced peppers and onions
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 12 ounces salsa of choice
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning


  1. In a large skillet, cook ground chicken; breaking it up with a wooden spoon or spatula.

  2. Add taco seasoning and then frozen corn and peppers. Continue to heat until corn and peppers are defrosted.

  3. Add salsa and heat for another few minutes until it is warm.

  4. Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, inside tacos shells/wraps, or with tortilla chips!
