Vanilla Cake Batter Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla frosting, store-bought room temperature
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Roll batter into 8 balls and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  3. Store protein balls in the refrigerator.
