I heard a rumor that you wanted to see more workouts on CNC. Well, technically, I polled my followers on Instagram, but there was an overwhelming response for new workouts. Workouts to try this week? You’ve got it!
You guys know I love a good sweat session, so I’m going to share 3 new workouts on the blog on Sunday mornings. Basically, you’ll get a variety of workouts to try for the upcoming week, which you can find here on the blog OR if you’d like the workouts sent directly to your inbox, you can sign up for my email list. I’ll send them out on Sunday morning, so you’ll have them ready to go when you are! And, of course, if you have special requests for workouts (i.e. at-home, treadmill), please send them my way!

I love these workouts. I have osteoarthritis and many of the leg workouts I can’t do but I try to adjust. I love the 10 minute time element. I couldn’t lift my arms after this one. Please more !!!
