  1. Do I have to pick just one?? I have Ellie’s book So Easy and have made almost all the recipes – love them all. I’m a huge fan of hers and love her show, her personality and we both went to Cornell for undergrad and studied nutrition.

  4. I record Ellie’s show and watch it every evening when I get home from work. Even though I am a vegetarian, I appreciate her approach to cooking with fresh, natural ingredients. I’ve learned a lot from her about substitutions like applesauce to add sweetness and moisture to muffins. And, her energy is so positive and upbeat that I get a lift from just being in her digital presence!

  6. hi Ellie, i am living in South Africa and love watching you cook on Saturday mornings! My husband says i always look at food and i cannot even afford it! But i will try out some of these recipes soon and hope to loose some weight as it’s all so healthy. i also enjoyed reading your interview! and will fit in exercises in my hectic day forthwith.
