Remember this running post from last week? Well, here’s what not to do before race day:
Wake up and eat a greasy diner breakfast.
Despite how delicious it might taste.
Partake in strenuous activity.
Such as moving furniture.
And spending the afternoon hiking with friends.
Drink whipped cream-flavored vodka.
(My goddness this vodka is amazing!!!)
Stay up way past your bedtime.
Murphy was so exhausted, he passed out ON his bone earlier this evening.
