What Not to Do the Day Before a Half Marathon

Remember this running post from last week? Well, here’s what not to do before race day:

Wake up and eat a greasy diner breakfast.

Partake in strenuous activity.

Such as moving furniture.

Murphy was so exhausted, he passed out ON his bone earlier this evening.

  1. Would a different flavor vodka make a difference? What if I mention that I drink maybe four times a year – and get toasted on two beers?

  2. Everytime my friends and I drink that vodka something insane happens. It really doesn’t even taste like vodka–dangerous! Good luck today!

  6. Wow, I’ve never sampled that vodka, but it looks/sounds delish. 🙂 And I’m fine with admitting that I drink most nights with dinner–I love my wine, and my nutritionist is totally okay with it for me. 😉 It helps me to relax about eating/savoring food more fully, which I really need to do.
    You are my hero with all of your racing, Tina!!! Hope you had a blast. 🙂
