omg that video of the baby is priceless. that def made me smile! i ran 4 miles today, struggling most of the way. but the weather was beautiful so I tried to focus on that and not my lead feet. then i went to a brutal yoga class tonight and felt like all i wanted to do was lay in child’s pose–but–as i was walking to my car i noticed that i was smiling from the inside out. sounds cheesy but i think that the physical exhaustion helped me get out all that was built up within me and i was at peace and happy:)
