Hi, friends!

I can’t believe Friday is almost here. Did this week fly by for anyone else? Holy cow. I feel like it was just Monday morning. Yowsahs. Time warp. Anyway, here’s another edition of What I’m Loving Lately, which has easily become one of my favorite posts to write on CNC. I hope you guys enjoy them too and feel free to tell me what you’re digging in the comment section below.

Cinnamon Raisin Avocado Toast with Sea Salt – My new favorite snack! It might sound like a weird combo, but, trust me, it’s delicious!

Serial – OMG. Obsessed. THANK YOU to everyone who told me about it. I’m more than halfway through, and I can’t wait to listen again during my next run!

How One New Yorker Lives Comfortably In 90 Square Feet – I love stuff like this. I am obsessed with the tiny studio apartments in IKEA, and I have this crazy dream of living in a small, super organized space. Is that weird?

Cheerios + Ancient Grains – I didn’t think I was a Cheerios person until I tried this cereal. (My friends at General Mills sent it to me.) I think the reason why I like it so much is because there’s so much going on in it (Cheerios + oats + quinoa + KAMUT wheat + spelt), and I’m totally one of those people who mixes my cereals together when I eat them””like I rarely eat a bowl of just rice Chex. It’s usually rice Chex mixed with granola and maybe some Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I like having each bite taste a little different. I also love this cereal because you can eat a lot of it! (Heyyyy, marathon training!) A 3/4 cup serving, which is pretty big, is just 110 calories, so I can eat 2 or 3 or 4 bowls and not overdo it with my cereal calories for the day.

Cats Knocking Sh*t Over – Two and a half minutes of cats being jerks. Haha!

This Starbucks mug from The Dot Collection – The nice folks from Starbucks recently sent it to me, and I fell in love instantly. It’s sophisticated and pretty with flecks of silver and gold, but it’s also a heavy-duty, high-quality ceramic tumbler, so it’s great for both hot or cold beverages. I’ve used it non-stop lately!

Oatmeal – My newest breakfast kick! My current way of making it: On the stove top, combine 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/3 cup liquid egg whites, 2/3 cup almond milk, 1/2 sliced banana + chia seeds, and then I mash up the banana as stir the oatmeal. I cook it until it’s nice and thick, add a big scoop of Teddie peanut butter, and eat. Perfection!
