  1. I am curious about how you determine body composition? I think where I am now would play a big part in the calculation, but I am not sure how to calculate my comp.

    1. You can use an at-home scale – most have the option nowadays. You can also use measurements and enter them into a calculator online for an estimate. Once you purchase a plan, I details ways to find the number as a starting point! 🙂
