I always start with frozen banana, coconut milk and spinach. I then add whatever fruit I have on hand-strawberries, pineapple, blackberries. They are always good.

I love a mint pineapple juice! It’s so refreshing and makes me think of warm summer days all year round. š
I’ve been on a nurti bullet kick since March. I love how it starts my day off on a healthy start. My go to is 2-3 cups of baby kale, 1/2 frozen banana, couple handfuls of blue berries and frozen mango or peaches, 1/4 cup of oats and almond milk with a dash of cinnamon. It’s delicious and nutritious.
Looks awesome ! probably going to add vodka to it though…
I love my weekend smoothie…1/2 an avocado, a cup of spinach, a handful of blueberries, a handful of raspberries, about 10 walnut halves, a little turmeric and some chia seeds. Top off with almond milk and cinnamon. YUM!
My go to smoothie is 1 cup of chocolate soymilk, a serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder and FROZEN banana. It’s creamy from the banana, chocolate from the soy milk but not too overpoweringly sweet because of the vanilla protein powder.
