Good luck!

  1. I always start with frozen banana, coconut milk and spinach. I then add whatever fruit I have on hand-strawberries, pineapple, blackberries. They are always good.

  2. My favorite smoothie is protien powder, 2/3 Cup blueberries and 1 T mini chocolate chips with ice and either almond milk or soy milk. Maybe add some spinach.

  3. I just got the Ninja blender for my bday and I am so in love with it! Right now I am hooked on a mix of cucumber, lemon, spinach/kale, 1/2 apple, carrot, ginger and a bit of coconut water. SO refreshing and detoxifying : )

  4. I love making a surprise smoothie – I never know how it is going to taste because I used leftover veggies and fruits plus some protein powder.

  5. I like smoothies with strawberries, mango, pineapple, peaches, along with spinach or mixed greens with either water or a little juice or even yogurt! YUM!

  6. My go-to juice is kale, celery, cucumber, ginger and apple.

For a smoothie I love coffee, frozen banana, spinach (or kale), peanut butter and cocoa powder, delicious!

  7. I love peanut butter banana chocolate smoothies with some greens…but really need to start branching out and choosing some maybe healthier options!

  8. My go -to is kale-spinach and whatever fruit I have! Through in some protein powder, chia and flax and I’m good to go!

  9. I love homemade smoothies, one of my favorite ones to make is one small frozen Banana, a handful of each frozen Mango, and Pineapple chunks, plus a smidge of Nikki’s coconut butter (yes I’m a bit obsessed with the vanilla cake batter! Lol) and coconut water, coconut milk or almond milk as needed for consistency.

  10. I’ve been on a nurti bullet kick since March. I love how it starts my day off on a healthy start. My go to is 2-3 cups of baby kale, 1/2 frozen banana, couple handfuls of blue berries and frozen mango or peaches, 1/4 cup of oats and almond milk with a dash of cinnamon. It’s delicious and nutritious.

  11. I love my weekend smoothie…1/2 an avocado, a cup of spinach, a handful of blueberries, a handful of raspberries, about 10 walnut halves, a little turmeric and some chia seeds. Top off with almond milk and cinnamon. YUM!

  12. My go to smoothie is 1 cup of chocolate soymilk, a serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder and FROZEN banana. It’s creamy from the banana, chocolate from the soy milk but not too overpoweringly sweet because of the vanilla protein powder.
