The perfect single-serve dessert!
Ingredients
1/2 ripe banana
1/4c almond meal or flour
1 Tbsp creamy almond butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 Tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a microwave-safe bowl until fully blended.
- Microwave for 60 seconds, stir in chocolate chips, and enjoy!

I can definitely see this in my future!
I tried this out the other night after seeing the recipe in another post, and it was amazing! I made it with Justin’s almond butter, which is admittedly a little hard to mix, but after some effort it came together. It seemed a little dry to me, but came out tasking amazing.
I might make this times 2 for breakfast….for myself, not 2. YEAH

This recipe looks delicious. Can I use regular flour instead of almond, and peanut butter instead of almond butter?
@Shana: yes! I used chickpea flour and pb…also I did not have a banana. so I added a tbsp sukrin gold brown sugar substitute , 2 tbsp cashew milk, 1 teaspoon baking powder. Amazing!!!
