Hi, bloggies! 😎
Once again, I wrote my lunch post after breakfast this morning. Mal and I are looking at another potential apartment right after work today, so I wanted to make sure that lunch wasn’t forgotten by the wayside. Plus, I wanted to give you guys the link to my first interview/podcast!
My interview is live on WebTalkRadio.net! You can also find it on iTunes– just search for “Regional Best Foods.” I think the interview went pretty well considering how nervous I was for it. I only said one or two weird things! 😉
Lunch
Good lunch today! It seemed to cover all of the nutritional bases. I’m getting better! 😉
I started with a turkey and wasabi-horseradish cheddar cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread. Mal packed one too many sandwiches for school (he forgot about MLK Day), so I took one off of his hands for him.
On the side, I had a mix of raw veggie sticks: carrot, cucumber, and celery.
I also had a sliced kiwi and a Vega Whole Food Vibrancy Bar.

Up next: Working until 3:00 pm, seeing an apartment, and then heading home for dinner. No workout today, but maybe I’ll do some yoga/stretching. I feel so tight! 😕
Happy Hump Day!

That sandwich, especially the cheese, sounds AMAZING!!!! Where did you get it?
Listening as I type!!
Oh what an awesome interview!! (& I love me some kiwiiii!!!)
Tina – I did your treadmill interval workout (on yesterday’s Sock Monster post) this morning. It was so fun!!!!
I changed it a little bit to reflect my typical running – 2% incline, 5.5 on the rest minutes, and eliminating the last 5 minutes of cool down.
Thanks so much! I’d love if you posted more. I did another one you posted last week. I think this one was better – more strenuous, which I prefer. Keep it up!
What do you think of the Vibrancy bars? I’ve tried them before, and I really dug the chocolate kind:)
thanks tina for the open sky coupon, i just ordered the sauce! and i listened to the podcast, you sounded great!
Great job on the interview, Tina!
Wasabi-horseradish cheddar cheese? Sounds delish! I can’t wait to listen to your first interview. How exciting!!
Great combo!
Kiwis are especially delicious right now! However, a word to the wise. Beware of all the raw foods in the cold, damp weather of Boston. You need to supplement with warming foods to protect your digestive systems. Try a cup of ginger tea or steam your veggies instead.
