I’m back in Boston!! Well, technically, I’m 45 minutes outside the city at my in-laws house, but close enough, right? 😉 Mal and I are having dinner here and then driving back into the city to sleep in our own bed tonight. I really missed being home, but I need to gear-up for a trip to Chicago on Thursday for the Healthy Living Summit! I’m excited for it! :mrgreen:

Breakfast

My morning started with an iced soy grande latte from Starbucks in the cab on the way to Penn Station.

With all of the swag that I acquired at BlogHer, I had quite a lot of stuff to carry back to Boston. Thankfully, my husband helped me out.

At the train station, I ate a egg white + spinach + feta wrap for breakfast.

As soon as I got on the train, I passed out and slept for 2.5 hours.

My husband found it humorous that my face was smashed right up against the table. Obviously, he needed to document it with a couple of photos. He’s so sweet like that. 😉

Snack

When I woke up, I snacked on some BBQ-flavored Pop Chips from my BlogHer swag.

Lunch

Mal and I arrived home around 2:00 pm and grabbed lunch at The Fruit Center at Milton Marketplace. I hit the salad bar and made a HUGE salad. After a rather indulgent week in NYC, my body is craving nutrients and a serious detox. With lunch, I also drank an iced coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m dragging today.

Then, we drove to my mom’s house to pick up this little guy!!!

Now, I am sitting by my in-laws pool working away. My inbox is a nightmare and I have so much to do. Looks like vacation is over! 😕

  1. I cannot stand how cute your pug is! My sister has a pug mix who is brindle and we always tell her how she’s “so ugly she’s actually cute”!

    I always have to do a veggie detox when I get home from indulgent trips – it’s the best!

  2. Those pictures of yo sleeping are hilarious! Thanks Mal for me, I really enjoyed them. That sad looks soooo good. I know the feeling after and indulgent honeymoon, all I wanted was veggies, salads and green monsters. My body was pissed off! See you Friday!
