Was this good? I’ve been looking for a mac and cheese recipe that doesn’t use milk or cream (I can handle hard cheese, but don’t do so well with milk/cream/soft cheeses), but I’ve read a lot of reviews that indicated this one was pretty bland and just tasted like noodles and breadcrumbs.
Murph definitely looks intrigued! I haven’t had cauliflower in ages and I keep meaning to buy it at the store but always forget. It’s definitely going on the next shopping list!

Yum, Cabot Cheese is the best! The Costco near me sells the private stock aged cheese for an awesome deal.
