Good morning, blog world! :mrgreen:

I slept like a baby last night! I woke up feeling totally refreshed and ready to start the day. Actually, that is a big, fat lie! I woke up exhausted and skipped my workout. 😕 But, I’m trying to be positive this morning. The power of positive thinking can do wonders for a bad mood! And, to tell you the truth, I actually feel a little bit better just typing that I want to be positive this morning. So, I guess it really does work! 😀

This morning’s breakfast was a big bowl of oats (I finished off the canister) with sliced banana, ground flaxseed meal, and dried cherries on top. (I later added a heaping spoonful of Barney Butter. ;-))

I used my antique spoon to eat my oats this morning.

I also had a Grass + caffeine smoothie.

In case you’re wondering, the combo of iced coffee and vanilla soy milk blends really well with the wheat grass. The past couple of days, I’ve only been using a 1/2 of a packet of Amazing Grass in my smoothies, which cuts down on that “grassy” taste.

Question of the Day

As you know, I missed my morning workout, so I plan to exercise later in the day. I want to do something new and different– not necessarily a new activity, but perhaps a variation on an old workout. Any ideas?
