  2. I love sparkpeople.com! If it was not for sparkpeople.com I would still be overweight. About 3 years ago I lost 70 pounds and kept it off all thanks to sparkpeople.com! The site taught me how to lose weight by making lifestyle changes and has alot of useful tools, very active motivational message boards! Best of all it’s free!

  7. I know it’s so cliche for people to have loose weight as a New Years Resolution, but I’ve finally come to a place where I’m ready to be a healthier person. No matter what people have told me I have never been determined to loose weight, but 2010 is a new year and I will take control of my eating and exercising habits. This book would be great to help me get a plan that works for me.
