As much as I would love to tell you that a couple of days of ‘eating right and exercising’ will get you the results you want, I can’t. Because that’s not how it works.
The honest truth?
It takes a 3500-calorie deficit to lose one pound of fat. And even then, you’ve got to keep up the work in order to maintain the loss.
Just because you lose a pound (or 20), it doesn’t mean you can keep the weight off without a maintenance plan.
That’s why so many women experience significant weight fluctuations month to month, year to year.
Your results aren’t going to show up, next day, like your air fryer from Amazon Prime did. And there’s no warranty on them either.
You’ve got to put in the work, celebrate the progress, and maintain the program.
That’s why finding a sustainable nutrition and fitness protocol is so important. Because if you can’t ‘eat like this’ or ‘exercise that much’ for the long term, you’re going to struggle to maintain the results you’ve worked so hard to achieve.
I’ll say it over and over again. You’ve got to trust the process. You’ve got to be patient. You’ve got to be gentle with yourself and your body.
And if something isn’t working, you’ve got to seek out expert help from a qualified nutrition and/or fitness professional.
My clients have learned how to get results and maintain them over the long haul and my team of coaches and I can teach you how to do the same. Drop your number one fat loss question in the comments and I’ll answer it!
