When you plant a seed in the ground, you don’t dig it up to see if it’s growing. 🌱
A few of my friends started home gardens during Quarantine. It seemed like a good idea to keep occupied, stay home, and even supplement the whole Remote Learning thing. It was nice to watch their progress.
I saw a variety of things being planted. Peppers, pumpkins, zucchini, tomatoes…
What I didn’t see was any one of my friends digging up the seeds to see if they had sprouted.
Instead, they waited patiently while tending to them carefully. Providing the sunlight, water, and weeding when needed.
In due time, many of the seeds sprouted and became fruits, veggies, and herbs ready to eat at harvest.
They trusted the process.
Same goes for fat loss.
You’ve got to trust the process.
Drink the water.
Prep the meals.
Track the macros.
Get the movement.
Prioritize sleep.
Manage stress.
Be patient.
Your harvest will come in its due time. Just keep with it and trust the process.
Why are we all in such a rush?
